Rachel and I have set a mini goal, if you will, for May. Something we can strive to achieve, and something to keep us going. We discussed, and decided to set a goal of running at least 25 miles in May. I added a tracker to the left side of our blog so everyone can keep track. I will be trying to update it daily.
Last night being the first night of May, we had to make sure we got out, even though neither of us felt like going. Looking at the forecast it looks like rain for the next 3 or 4 days, and we are fair weather runners so not sure how much we will get done in the next week.
Lasts nights run started a little sore with the bruised heel from running barefoot, but after we got started it loosened up (And I did wear my running shoes). We we got home I also did 30 crunches on the ab lounge. I have some love handles that need to go.
I played around a little with the layout of the blog this morning, but still not sure how it will ultimately end up.
