Starting at lunch time:
Lunch:
Medium Salad (olives, eggs, peppers, few fake bacon bits, cucumber, pepperoni) w/ Ranch Dressing
Small helping of cottage cheese
Water
I have also made it a point today to take the stairs everywhere at work. I normally did this anyway, because there is only two floors.
For my health, and family I will make this work this time.
