I have to do something. I am feeling fat again today, and everytime I try to change that I fail. I have decided again, that today is the day. No time for failure this time.
Going to start small this time.
Week 1 Goals: (starting today, but first week will be considered next week 9/10-9/17)
1. Eat healthier and smaller portions
2. Exercise 3 days.
I know it is a long way off, but I would like to get closer to what I was in high school. I know I did crazy things back then (backyard wrestling), but I was healthy and ripped.
This was taken about a month ago, and I am not happy with the away I look. Wish I was back to the old healthier me.
If you have any pointers, please let me know. I need all the help I can get.
